United States, October 5th, 2026 - Limo Affiliates Worldwide (LAW), the all-in-one operations and affiliate platform for chauffeured transportation companies in 122 countries, today announced a major upgrade to its platform that took effect October 1, 2026. The release lets operators handle an entire affiliate job inside LAW: assigning the job to a partner, building the client relationship, invoicing, and collecting payment.
Until now, operators have typically used separate tools for these steps. They post trips in one place, manage partners in another, and send invoices by email and spreadsheet. LAW's upgrade brings these steps into a single platform and redesigns the screens operators use most.
Complete Affiliate and Client Management
The upgrade introduces new tools for how companies work with their partners:
- Affiliate job assignment. Companies can create a job and assign it directly to a trusted affiliate partner, with no need to post it to the open marketplace.
- Automatic client connections. When an affiliate accepts a job, the two companies are automatically linked as connected clients.
- Client analytics dashboards. New dashboards show each client's total jobs and total revenue, with filters that can be customized, so operators can see which relationships bring in the most business.
Integrated Invoicing and Payments
LAW now handles billing for affiliate work:
- Invoices before charging. The affiliate company assigned a job can create, view, download, and share an invoice before any charge is made, so both companies agree on the amount up front.
- Stripe payments. Invoices can be paid by card through Stripe, or marked as paid manually when payment arrives another way. All invoices sit in one table that can be searched and filtered.
A Faster, Clearer Workspace
The upgrade also redesigns LAW's core screens to save time every day:
- Easier job search. Job listings now appear in a table instead of a scrolling list, which fits more jobs on each page and adds better filters.
- Single-page job creation. The old multi-step form for creating and editing jobs is now one page.
- Better driver and fleet management. The chauffeur and vehicle sections now use tables, advanced filters, and clearer visuals.
